Since this is Spreadtrum chip, Research down load is the free flasher. that we tested, download it below and I recommend to use the latest version.

Warning: Before flashing check first your Build number version by going to Settings>About phone, then scroll down to build number. Sample Build number Cherry_Mobile_Spin_2_V8.0_20151223, if your phone build number is same as V8.0, then the firmware below is perfect and no need to worry. if you accidentally flash v8.0 or your phone got No Service due to Invalid IMEI Then you can restore the back up NVRam above.

SOLUTION: if your phone is build number is not a v8.0 either v6.0 you can still flash this firmware but in the instruction below, before proceeding to step 7, you should click first the settings, then uncheck EraseRuntimeNV then proceed to step 7.

    UpgradeDownload.exe

    UpgradeDownload Load Packet
  4. Loading a pac file may took long depend on file size. After loading a pac file, now ready to start flashing, You can also click on Settings on two gear icon if you want to unchecked some part of firmware like EraseRuntimeNV, This will not work on lower version. I recommend that leave it unchanged if you don't have any idea.
    UpgradeDownload Start Downloading
  5.  Turn off first your phone, remove battery (if removable) then bring it back. In ResearchDownload/UpgradeDownload Click on Start Downloading, then in your phone press Volume up and Volume down then connect USB cable. If you see a a progress bar, then it means that it is successfully connected. if not, then try step 5 again.
    UpgradeDownload start
  6. Wait until you see a Passed in progress, that means, you installed a new stock rom successfully.
After you flash the firmware, you can now turn on your phone, take note that first time start up may took long. but if it tooks more than 15 minutes then I suggest to perform a hard reset. you can search a procedure in google.
